The epic-sized patch notes for today’s Lord of the Rings Online content, fixes, NERFS and features are available in Volume I, Volume II and Volume III. Known issues are outlined here. I didn’t read all the notes, didn’t seem to be much of a plot. And there is NO character development whatsoever.

Ha. I can tell you didn’t get to the troll letters on page three, nor the poor elves with their hair loss treatments and toupees. Moving stuff, that!
