She was filling in for the usual tank, and first she had to list her qualifications, from gear through experience (ooooh! Full Tier 1! ooooh! I guess they were supposed to be impressed). Then when she screwed up she had to first apologize profusely, then find some way to excuse it as not really being her fault. It was pretty funny, actually.
