This is mildly entertaining … complaints and threats about World of Warcraft’s C’Thun encounter in Ahn’Qiraj. If the search function worked on the Warcraft forums, you could search for C’Thun and pull up a whole day’s worth of reading but that would be about as fun as hanging out in an IRC chat room for endgame guilds at 2:30 in the morning. On a related note, I renew my objection to adults using the word “retard” in their everyday vocabulary. (UPDATE: “threats” link killed their bandwidth. Screencap of first page here.)

U Rock, Whitey
This morning’s Warcraft viral scammer: Urockwhitey. Don’t click on his link, kids. This is one of those: Get Rich, Almost Quick schemes that are almost too good to be true. Be more demanding of your schemes: You want rich and TODAY, not four days from now. (Flickr image to use when the mods get into the office and delete his viral ass.)
He is The Way (to Booty Bay)
A goblin as redeemer. Frightening thought.
This statue is on a small island, Janeiro’s Point, off the coast of Booty Bay in World of Warcraft’s Stranglethorn Vale. With a subscriber base of 6 million-ish, in a popular questing zone for the mid levels, I wonder if this statue sees more tourists than Rio de Janeiro’s Christ the Redeemer. I also wonder if Blizzard ever got an indignant email(s) from an offended Christian(s). I would not doubt it; people like to sweat the small stuff.
Enjoy your Easter weekend, or your Passover celebration. And if you’re Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Atheist, Agnostic or et al, you guys get to play ALL weekend if you want. (Lucky bastards.)
