Another Warcraft P-P-P-Patch

Late breaking Warcraft news, Patch 1.9.2 on 1/12/06, quoting Caydiem:

At midnight PST on January 12th (approximately four hours from now), we will be issuing a small client-side patch to address the issue of “stuttering” player movement. There will be no realm restarts involved, however it will require players to restart the game to download the patch. We have developed and released this correction as quickly as possible and apologize for the disruption of play this issue may have caused.

Good deal, cuz that shit was A-NNOY-ING.

  1. Man, it’s about time. I use Verison Wireless as my broadband IP, since I live out in God’s country where the DSL and cable modem don’t go. I was convinced it was something that Verizon broke, until I heard other people complaining.

  2. Guildmate claims that CT-Raid Assist is adding to the video lag in WoW. Dunno if that’s true, but I do know that CTRA is my shepherd, I shall not want — I don’t leave home without it.

EDIT: Hey, speak of the devil, CTRA is updated to 1.501, maybe there was something to that.

    EDIT02: Make that CTRA 1.502.
