Gamasutra’s interesting discussion on the future of copyrights: Designer’s Notebook - “The End Of Copyright”. As the definition of Fair Use expands, new marketing and delivery models are needed to fund the arts. And games. (Ok, games are art too. I was trying to stir the pot a little.)

Wait a fucking second, who said the definition of Fair Use was expanding? It’s being completely destroyed, last I checked.
