Considering my “no nonsense” approach to dealing with online beggars, it might surprise you to learn that I actually envy real life bums: their carefree lifestyle, lack of appointments, no dragging around 68 pieces of work equipment, the lackadaisical approach to personal hygiene.
If I could keep my house and just store my bags of cans there, I’d be a bum tomorrow.
I just … don’t get it. I had someone randomly begging for a specific item from me. What would make you think that I even had that item? Does my priest really look like a miner/blacksmith?
In Guild Wars the other night I was in a group with some people and this guy whispered me asking for some gold. Out of curiosity, I asked him how much he needed and he said “30 plat”. I lol’d, told him ‘no’, but he flipped out and started yelling and eventually quit.
