Guild Wars: Boring? — reviewed by FiringSquad. (First-time reader here!) Summary for the cheap seats: he doesn’t like it. Best part of the article are the comments reviewing his review and flaming him (as he requested).

From the screenshots it looked like he was playing a monk and only made it to level 8 or something. I love my monk, but that’s because I am used to being a support char. He’s entitled to his opinion, but I think there’s a reason why he found it boring.
That’s kind of the problem with reviewing games. Difficult to review a medium that requires 20+ hours (50+?, >100?, years?) to fully consume. Reviewer has to do some sort of extrapolation or his/her review wouldn’t see the light of day until months after release.
Particularly with Guild Wars, where the game really opens up in the teens and later.
