I have a couple of e-friends with real gaming-themed license plates. Ya, twisted and weird … and, it’s a bitch when max level is raised and they have to change the plates to reflect their uberness.
One of the e-thugs tried to get “FUEQ” approved from his DMV, but was turned down — probably the DMV thought it was a clever misspelling of fuck, but you and I know better, don’t we?
I think I’ve almost won Guild Wars. I dunno, I’m guessing here.
Big problem though: one of the guild dudes made the call this week … he’s had it, he’s formulating his exit plan and will be returning to some other virtual world, although which one he hasn’t decided yet.
He has been tossing around the “E” word alot. You know the one I mean. EverQuest.
I’ve been down this road before. It always starts out like this. A joke, a taunt, a throwaway idea. Next thing I know, I’m back on duty in Norrath.
And I’ll need a new license plate.

Speaking of dead things, looks like UO is still kicking around. They anounced a new expansion. (url) It only took Ultima Online like SEVEN years to introduce a new race other then humans. We can have crazy blue skinned elves now! WOOOOOT!

Saw someone in my state with “WTF(+ four random digits)”. I was immediately envious.
I’d have been even more envious if those digits were 1337.
Saw a guy driving out of Yahoo! the other day, with the license plate “SOW PLZ”
I can only guess at how much he paid to get that one.
