Wouldn’t Random Letters Have Been a Better Choice?

I’d like to know the story behind this Guild Wars character name choice:

Ted Bundy

Fan? Death penalty protester? Former penpal? Stared at the character creation screen for too long and was fresh out of ideas?

Normally, I don’t pressure anyone to pierce the veil of gaming anonymity that we all have come to know and love, but there would be no way in Hell that I’d call a guildmate Ted, as in Ted Bundy. I’d need to know a real name here or ANYTHING ELSE to call him/her/it. But hey, that’s just me.

I didn’t even think to check Ted’s class, but I’ll bet it’s Necromancer.

    HAHAHAHAHA. Staged or not (and we can agree that we’ve all been on raids like that), perfectly-executed comedy gold.

    Best comedy short I’ve seen in .. maybe forever. Great stuff. I’m going to pop a link onto the front for this. Good find, Troggdor.

    Heh, there are tons of funny names out there, you just have to look harder for them. For example, Paraplegic Man and Quadriplegic Man.
